April 4, 2018 Steak and Cheese sub with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onion, cucumber and a cream sauce. At at around 11:00 AM, Severe stomach cramps, lots of watery diarrhea started around dinner time. woke up in the night to vomit. going on for 2 days now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
