Foot long grilled chicked sandwich that I purchased yesterday july 20th around 11:00 pm Monday evening I went to subway to grab my usual... I remember asking myself if the lady serving me had changed her gloves she walked from the back of the store with her
gloves on .. at least thats what I remember.. and she grabbed the bread right away and started serving me .. I took a grilled chicken foot long on italien herb and cheese bread I got it toasted with swiss cheese, green peppers and onions.. I also had her add tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and black olives.. I asked for the sweet onion sauce and the south west sauce .. I asked for chocolate chip cookies and a fountain drink of root beer.. the cookies she served me were exposed to the air on what seemed to be on the tray that they were baked on .. the tray was exactly behind the cashier.. After having my meal .. I went home and slept .. I felt like migraine was settling in my body I felt pressure on the front part of my head the pain got to 10/10 .. I went up to the shower and washed my body and rubbed my head with peppermint oil.. a bloat was happening in my stomach .. I suffered from 4 am to 7:30 when I finally decided to drink water and I exploded in vomit .. I felt at some ease but the headache was still intense.. I slept around 8ish and I woke up at 3:00 and diarrhea has been going on in the last 40 minutes.. I dont know what my food was mixed with .. this is the first time I get food poisoning.. please if you have any tips to give .. if I have to go to the hospital please advise me

I bought some grass fed patties, beef patties from Aldi's located in Fredericksburg, VA. And so the first patties I ate, I basically got sick within an hour after eating them and I actually was bleeding from my rear end. And so I didn't know what it
was. So I just assumed, you know, I didn't know it was the beef patties until I just opened a second pack about an hour and a half ago. And I am nauseous again and I feel like I want to throw up. So I'm almost positive there's a beef patties. They're not. They're the ones that are already formed in the beef patties. I do have two left. I tried to call all these, but you can't call their phone and because it said a recording, that's how we save money. We don't have phones in the store, but I am going to go in there tomorrow and tell the manager. But Oh yeah, I just realized it's got to be that because that's the only thing I eat and I feel really nauseous right now. And I already feel like I'm going to have diarrhea right now. My stomach is rumbling. Thank you.

I have just recovered after being in and out the hospital for the excessive violent throw up and extreme nausea that Pickles and pies on 116th st Belle harbor Rockaway beach in queens and I am concerned about the saftey of the community as the physical pain
truama and emotional/mental damage that was recived from this establishment was more than “hell” on earth. I had ate onion rings and home style potatos and only hours later was deathly ill. There kitchen does not allow you to see how the food is being handled,stored or prepared and should be a red flag with how much fried, stove top items they offer. Pickles and pies is open 24/7 without clear times they rencycle and clean the oil this is a major issue and must be addressed.

World Green Nutrition, Inc is announcing the expansion of their January 12, 2024 recall to include GREEN ELV NUTRITION brand Elv Control Herbal Supplement 90 capsules, due to the presence of yellow oleander, a poisonous plant native to Mexico and Central America. The product is only sold
through authorized distributors and not through e-commerce platforms or in physical stores, since World Green Nutrition does not make sales through these means and they are not authorized sales channels. To date, this company has not received reports of illnesses related to the consumption of this product; however, the recall from the market began after the FDA found it to contain Yellow Oleander.
For easier identification of the product in question, it is noted that it comes in a white container; blue lid; and marked with the batch’s: N1082701 (EXP: 050328), GESPM240622 (EXP: 071324), GESPM300622 (EXP:071324), GESPM050722 (EXP:071324), 190620230009B (EXP:061928), 190620231573678B (EXP:062828) and 280620231573678BA (EXP:062828).
