I got an all American sub yesterday around lunch time and didn’t feel right after eating it. Then later on in the night I developed diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and a headache.

November 3rd, "National Sandwich Day", ordered a footlong tuna, and a six inch tuna with mayonnaise, lettuce, onions and banana peppers. My mother, my wife, and myself exhibited diarrhea, excessive vomiting, fever, body aches, severe dehydration, and general flu-like symptoms for 24 hours. Still feeling moderately nauseated…
