I went to taco bell and ordered 4 meat and cheese tacos with a large Baja blast. I consumed the food and drink and a few hours after I began to feel ill. It started with stomach pain and nausea and I began vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
