I ate at vegetarian entrees (Cookie dough flautas) and Peppers Cantina (spinach enchiladas, chips, salsa, queso dip) ... Later that night and for next 3 + days Had intense cramping, abdominal pain, nausea, bloody diarrhea, chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Chills, Stomach Pain
