Morningstar Farms Buffalo Chix Patties. Bought them at Tops Market. A few hours later my stomach felt swollen and painful. Had extreme pain and diarrhea for 24 hours. Felt like I was experiencing organ failure.

Ithicas lemon dill hummus. Was dizzy within 10 minutes running to bathroom, Vomited profusely and diarrhea for five days straight now even had blood in my stool.
