pain (around PMS) area, but much sharper than PMS pain and very very very hurtful in my tummy. I thought at first it was my period but it has to be these Morningstar Pattie’s. I was really hoping to like plant based food. Steer clear of these if you have bowel issues or a weaker stomach. around the pain you’d get for PMS but to the sides of my hips to my belly button area.
