Morningstar Farms Buffalo Chix Patties. Bought them at Tops Market. A few hours later my stomach felt swollen and painful. Had extreme pain and diarrhea for 24 hours. Felt like I was experiencing organ failure.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Swelling
