Ate bagged organic romaine lettuce, thoroughly cooked skin on chicken thighs, and petite peas last evening for dinner. Severe case of vomiting and diarrhea began 2.5-3 hrs after eating.

Trader Joe's frozen corn & green chili cheese Tamales & chicken tamales. Had to leave work today because of throwing up & diarrhea after eating these for lunch. It was the only thing I had for lunch with water & had not eaten sense 6am for breakfast…
