I bought the salmon sushi yesterday and ate it. At around 7pm i started having stomach cramps and a headache. I was up all night puking and having awful diarrhea till about 10am. And since then i have had awful body aches and a massive headache. Please help.

Arugula Salad Causes Illness

Made myself an arugula salad with fresh cooked chicken and balsamic dressing. 3 hours later had cramping and then diarrhea started. It’s been 20 hours and still cramping, weak, dizzy with diarrhea.
