Last night I ordered food from Triple Crown delivered. I ate a little bit of everything I ordered but this morning when I woke up I had the worst case of diarrhea I’ve maybe ever had, horrible stomach pain, nausea and eventually threw up multiple times. My husband called the ambulance.
