Great value heavy whipping cream, Made salad dressing and mac n cheese tonight 1/23/22 out of great value heavy whipping cream(purchased an hour or so before) and 4 of us were sick with cramps and diarrhea within an hour.

Loaded baked potato salad. Ate it, later that evening stomach pain and vomiting. Day 2 diarrhea and headache. Day 3 headache 103.5 degree fever.

Last night and today, Ceaser salad from here in a bag Yesterday we bought 3 bagged salads ( ceaser salad ) from our local store! I ate some around 2pm. Around 6-7 pm I began to experience stomach cramps and ended up having diarrhea! I also woke this morning with cramps and still feel nauseated!

Smoked Oysters Illness Report

I bought 2 cans of smoked oysters 11/16/2020. I only eat them occasionally. The can I ate was Batch #0125 SOYM 2100/01005, Best used by 05/01/23. The other can I have is 01008. I became violently ill after about 2 hours and still have diarrhea today, 11/17.
