Ate tubed meat (after cooking) that the outdate wasn’t until the 22nd of February (currently February 9th), house branded penne pasta and house branded pasta sauce with meat flavor. Ended up vomiting all contents later on and now have a severe sore throat

I have had diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, and blood in my stool for 4 days since I have eaten this pizza. My husband ate some of the same pizza the next day and only had diarrhea.
