Purchased chicken fajita taco. At 12am saturday February 27,2021. Around 3am started feeling sharp abdominal cramps. Diarrhea around 7pm about 7 more times by 430pm all liquid blood and brown.

We ate burgers the afternoon of 7/30/20 and within 15 minutes my stomach started cramping and had diarrhea. I’ve continued with diarrhea each time I’ve eaten. Today is day 3.

Ate a Whataburger Jr and onion rings around 1pm by midafyernnon extremely nauseous by 630 throwing up with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Headache too.
