3/4 kids sick after eating grilled cheese kids meals when I looked at the remanding crust on one of my kids bread it almost looked like mold. But I didn’t think much of it:.. hours later throwing up everywhere!!

My family went to to trip for couple off day there were nothing to eat at home I went here it was late night around 10 o’clock I ordered patty melt next morning Woke up with vomiting and diarrhea it took me whole week to recover from it

Mayo Lettuce Burger Illness

Ate burger with mayonnaise & lettuce. Other family member did not have mayo or lettuce. I was throwing up sick 5 hrs. after eating.
