I normally get a medium strawberry shake as like a "dessert" but today I got a large. He got it by 10... See Moreafter 3, made it back around 3:30 ish. I started eating it a few minutes after but noticed the burger tasted very different than normal, wasn't sure if it was the meat or the mushrooms. It was almost like it gave it a burnt taste or something. I didn't like it so didn't finish it. I couldn't even finish my fries which definitely isn't normal for me. I started feeling a little gassy and bloated so went to sleep about an hour after finishing and stayed asleep until about a little over an hour ago right before 10p when severe painful stomach cramps woke me up. Feels like someone is stabbing me in the stomach over and over. Been going back and forth from severe diarrhea to exorcist style vomiting for over an hour now. Getting really worried about the possibility of having to go to a hospital in a pandemic due to this. My throat hurts a lot from vomiting so hard and it's making the cramps worse. I'm praying I can keep enough of the pink stomach tablets down to give me a break. It's like taking them ratcheted everything up a few notches! It will be a VERY long time if ever, ordering from this restaurant again. See Less”

“My fiancé had Field Roast Miniature Corn Dogs for dinner around approximately 7-730pm. By approximately 9-10pm she was feeling extremely nauseous. Around 2 am, after taking OTC nausea medicine (Nauzene) at 11 pm, then a second dose at 1 am, she began vomiting profusely for about 10 minutes. She ate... See Moreapproximately 6-7 mini corn dogs. She only drank water with her meal along with a small side of Ore Ida Crinkled Fries (I ate those as well with my meal with no shared ill effects). The product was purchased from the local store frozen section and was not expired. Upon inspection of the few remaining mini corn dogs from the same bag she was served from, the batter around the field roast vegan hot dog appeared to be slightly different/ misshapen from the way they normally appear (most looked like the batter hadn’t formed around or covered the hot dog). She continued to have stomach cramps and continues to feel very nauseous and continues to vomit throughout the early morning. See Less”

See Morecaution, has issued a limited, voluntary recall of approximately 3240 units of branded fresh cut, packaged organic basil clamshells packed at its Indianapolis, Indiana location due to a possible health risk from Cyclospora.
Cyclosporiasis is an intestinal infection caused by the Cyclospora parasite. A person may become infected after ingesting contaminated food or water. Common symptoms include severe abdominal pain, watery diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, body aches and fatigue. The infection is treated with antibiotics and most people respond quickly to treatment.
Only the following specific lot codes are affected: PV40515 1034 | PV40515 3034 | PV40515 4034 | PV40515 3035. The affected product has a country of origin of Colombia and was harvested entirely from Puerto Vallarta Herbs SAS (Farm) and imported by Vallarta Organics LLC dba Organic Destiny (Importer). Recalled products were distributed to select retail stores between 2/3/2021 to 2/4/2021 in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
This recall notification is being issued due to a single instance in which a sample of bulk product was pulled at the port of entry in Miami and tested by the FDA as part of routine surveillance and indicated the potential presence of Cyclospora.
Affected Shenandoah Growers customers have been notified of the recall and instructed to immediately remove and discard recalled products from all store shelves, distribution and other inventories to ensure they are no longer available for sale or consumption.
The Shenandoah Growers recall includes only those clamshells of certified organic basil clearly marked with the affected lot codes listed above. The lot code can be found printed on each clamshell.
No other Shenandoah Growers products are subject to recall, and the company has no knowledge of any illness reported or related to this product to date.
Consumers who may have a recalled basil product should discard it immediately and not eat it. Consumers with questions, or to obtain refunds, may contact the Shenandoah Growers Consumer Response Center at 844-896-6939 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.
