“red snapper fish I ordered red snapper fish (one fish weighs 3lbs). The order arrived late at night (last delivery of the day). The fish looked good, smelled and tasted fine. I cooked it the next day around noon for 40min at 350 degrees F. I ate some around 2pm, put the leftovers in the fridge. the...
