Organic Lettuce Illness Report

Got sick from the Organic sweet baby lettuce. It is not outdated. Washed before eating. Ate this salad last night and got sick early this morning. It is NOT a stomach virus, definitely food related. I’m the only one who ate it. Symptoms started 5 hours later.
