The likely meal of two meals I had before getting sick 12 hours later. My family had the same meals as me except I was the only one that ate sushi. Sick for 8 hours straight and then slowly getting back to normal.

This is one of only 2 possible locations I could have gotten my food poisoning from just based on the timeline. Reporting so the restaurant can be safe. Will still eat there in future.

Food poisoning from here. All 5 family members very sick about 4-6 hrs after eating here, began on flight home to Seattle.
