Staph food poisoning, likely cross-contamination, and improper infection prevention.

Ate Salad, half a breadstick, creamy mushroom ravioli.

Ich kam nach Hause und schlief direkt ein und als ich 4 Stunden später aufwachte, übergab ich mich und hatte Durchfall.
