Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, peppers, tomatoes, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce l on Wed. 8/2 in the evening. Around 3AM woke up with indigestion/chest pains. Shortly after began vomiting periodically for the next 90 minutes.
