Sushi - salmon avocado roll for lunch. It started 12 hours after eating - I awoke with nausea and gut wrenching pain and quickly had to rush to the bathroom with putrid diarrhea. My husband is not sick and sushi was the difference.

I got a juice at whole foods and became violently sick their standard of hygiene is poor.
