We had dinner with my friend. We had beef ampalaya rice, pork steamed rice, chopsuey, japanese siomai, and fruit salad. 3 hours after, my friend had watery diarrhea. 6 hours after, I had crampy abdominal pain followed by watery diarrhea. We had no other suspicious sources because aside from this meal, we only ate fried chicken for lunch from a fastfood chain and these were dry foods. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Obstáculo, Dolor de estómago
