- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed the hot water at 72. 9f at the produce food prep area hand washing sink. Instructed to maintain the hot water at the hand washing at 100f at all times. By the end of the inspection the hot water at said handwashing sink was maintaining 100f. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of live rodent activity. Observed about 10 rodent droppings located in the dry storage area in the rear along the wall behind the stock. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed accumulated food debris inside of the oven units located in the bakery/hot foods food prep area. Instructed to clean.
