Pre-cooked whole potatoes 46. 2f-52. 3f in plastic containers on topside of prep cooler and prep table. Product was discarded by manager. Must have cold holding at 41. 0f or below. - comments: observed fish and shrimps not being properly thawed being left out over night on counter tops to thaw. Must thaw under running water and refrigeration only.
