Not sure yet Husband at chicken tacos with lettuce, cilantro and onions and chips and salsa at Lime for lunch (11 am), diarrhea started the following morning around 7 am, got worse with fever and began vomiting around 1 pm. Pineapple Ate a pineapple/strawberry parfet on 1/13/2020. Ate today, strawberries were fine, a little under ripe. Thpught the pineapple looked orange but didn't think anything of it. Mail order Steaks caramel apple tartlets Ate 2 tartlets, baked properly. About an hour or so later, extreme nausea began, then projectile vomiting, then watery diarrhea. I do not vomit easily.
