I ordered a Super Supreme pizza for delivery yesterday, 21/06/2018 at 19:30. Nausea started occurring around 23:30. At 2:30, the vomiting started and was shortly followed by diarrhea and a fever.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Vómitos

My partner and I had pizza Tuesday 19th June 2018

Went to IKEA (Wednesbury) and ate chicken meatballs and had a drink from the dispenser. Got home and within 2 hrs I began to experience Diarrhoea. My children had ice cream and hot dogs and they are fine, no symptoms reported. I am confident that this is due to the meatballs.  | Síntomas: Diarrea
