Tomé un Jumbo Jack con tomate y lechuga por la tarde, el domingo 25 de marzo de 2018. Mi sobrino nietos comía una hamburguesa sin lechuga ni tomate. I and my son have the same kind of sandwich from the same store after having it about 2,3 or 4 hours at about 11:00 pm I starting Vomiting and then Diarrhea until nothing come out. My son Vomiting before I do. To day I saw my doctor he said I should report to save the other. Thank you  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos

Went with a coworker to eat at LUUS Chicken bowl yesterday 1/29/18.we both orered a number 1 chicken and rice bowl. Withen an hour we were both in the bathroom getting sick. One of my employees are dinner there on 1/29/18 and he also got very sick. We all missed work today.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
