I and my son have the same kind of sandwich from the same store after having it about 2,3 or 4 hours at about 11:00 pm I starting Vomiting and then Diarrhea until nothing come out. My son Vomiting before I do. To day I saw my doctor he said I should report to save the other. Thank you  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Went with a coworker to eat at LUUS Chicken bowl yesterday 1/29/18.we both orered a number 1 chicken and rice bowl. Withen an hour we were both in the bathroom getting sick. One of my employees are dinner there on 1/29/18 and he also got very sick. We all missed work today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
