Breakfast Burrito from Whole Foods in Redwood City- pre packaged in the quick grab area. Ate it around 11AM on 4/24/18,, starting vomiting by 4PM, and continued to dry heave until 6PM.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Husband had a whopper & I had the spicy chicken. Both had lettuce, tomato & mayo. Ate about 7:30 pm. He started having diarrhea after about 2 hours from eating. Mine started this morning around 7am.  | Síntomas: Diarrea
