A Popeyes restaurant on Baltimore's Belair Road was closed by the Baltimore City Health Department today.

The restaurant, near Kenwood Avenue in the Overlea area, was shut down due to "no hot water, clogged floor drain and unsanitary conditions," reported the health department.
