Tengo el pollo porque estoy intentando reducir el consumo de carne roja. Aproximadamente 4 horas después de comer, vomité hasta que solo era bilis, tuve diarrea hasta que solo era agua y tuve calambres que parecen que un pollo de verdad está tratando de escapar de mi estómago.
