I went to taco bell , and i ordered a tripple double crunch wrap meal. 1-2 hours later the symptoms started to kick in. I feel horrible  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

I bought the $5 box that had the two tacos, a burrito, and nachos. Within two hours of eating my food, I began to feel Ill and ended up having to leave work early from vomiting.
