Baker's Authority LLC has initiated a voluntary recall of several products due to undeclared allergens and ingredients. The recall affects products distributed across multiple states i the United States: NY, PA, NJ, TX, HI, LA, UT, CA, MD, ID, TN, IN, GA, MI, WA, ME, CT. - Size: 5 lb bag and 1 lb bag
- Product Quantity: 197 units
- Reason for recall: Product label does not list ingredients, including major food allergen: sesame
- Additional Info: Undeclared ingredients include poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and sea salt
PRODUCT: Baker's Authority Graham Cracker Meal
- Size: 5 lb bag
- Product Quantity: 70 units
- Reason for recall: Product label does not list ingredients, including major food allergens: wheat and soy (vegetable oil)
- Additional Info: Additional undeclared ingredients include niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, invert sugar
The issue was discovered through internal review, and the recall was initiated on August 12, 2025. It is classified as a Class II recall, with the classification date on August 26, 2025. The recall is ongoing.
