Cardona Foods, Inc. has voluntarily recalled its uncooked tortillas due to undeclared allergens, specifically milk (whey) and lard. The product was distributed to a restaurant chain primarily located in Texas, with one outlet in Oklahoma.

The recalled product includes two types of uncooked tortillas: FTC010 - Flour Tortilla 6 Taco Casa (18/20 Count, 18/22oz, 18/624 grams) and FTC030 - Flour Tortilla 10 Taco Casa (10/12 Count, 10/32oz, 10/907 grams). The products were manufactured between 1/2/24 and 2/12/2024, with a total of 9,302 cases affected. The recall number is F-1155-2024. The recall was initiated on 2/12/2024 and was completed by 4/16/2024.
