Domaine de l'Ange-Gardien is recalling several prepared food products due to undeclared allergens, including soy, milk, sulfites, anchovies, and wheat. These products were sold exclusively at their location in L'Ange-Gardien, Quebec.

- Allergen: Soy, Sulfites and Anchovies

PRODUCT: "Cheddar cheese meatloaf"
- Allergen: Soy, Milk, Sulfites and Wheat (gluten)

PRODUCT: "Pea soup"
- Allergen: Soy

PRODUCT: "Maple-flavored pumpkin and apple soup"
- Allergen: Soy and Milk

PRODUCT: "Beef Bourguignon"
- Allergen: Soy, Milk, Sulfites and Wheat (gluten)

PRODUCT: "King's style chicken sauce"
- Allergen: Soya and Sulfites

PRODUCT: "Maple Crunch"
- Allergen: Soy

The products were sold in variable sizes, and all batches whose label does not mention the presence of the allergens listed in this table. The products were sold frozen or at room temperature.

The recall was initiated as a precautionary measure in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) and is classified as a Class I recall.
