Food service company, Eat Good LLC is recalling several of its salad products due to undeclared allergens. These products were distributed by Eat Good Food in Idaho, Montana, and Washington.The recalled products are:
- Caesar Pasta Salad is a food service refrigerated product, packaged in 5lb flexible plastic packages, 2/5lb. packages are packed in cardboard cases. The salads are removed from the package and sold by the pound from deli display cases at the grocery stores. Codes: Must Use By: Tue 06/27/23 Must Use By: Wed 06/28/23 Must Use By: Thu 06/29/23 Must Use By: Sat 07/01/23 Must Use By: Tue 07/04/23. Label declares Pasta, Parmesan cheese, Mayonnaise but does not declare Wheat, Milk, and Soybean Oil. Product Quantity: 11 cases
- Elote Corn Salad is a food service refrigerated product, packaged in 5lb flexible plastic packages, 2/5lb. packages are packed in cardboard cases. The salads are removed from the package and sold by the pound from deli display cases at the grocery stores. Codes: Must Use By: Tue 06/27/23 Must Use By: Wed 06/28/23 Must Use By: Thu 06/29/23 Must Use By: Mon 07/05/23 Must Use By: Wed 07/07/23. Label declares feta cheese but does not declare Milk.
