- Allergen: Sesame, Soy and Milk
- Format: Individual portion with side dish and family size with meatballs only
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of milk, soy, and sesame

The issue was discovered through collaboration with the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The recall is classified as Class 1 and was initiated as a precautionary measure.
