Multiple Cakes recalled due to Undeclared Allergens

Pâtisserie Boulangerie Del Sole, located at 7750, boulevard Henri-Bourassa Est, in Montreal, has issued a recall for various cakes due to the undeclared presence of wheat, soy, sulphites, and milk. The recall was announced in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The issue was discovered during routine inspections by the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The products were offered for sale in several establishments in the province of Quebec. No cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ to date.The affected products include:
- "Ganache Cake" (Wheat, Soy and Milk) - Unitary Format
- "Cannoli Cake" (Wheat, Soy and Milk) - Unitary Format
- "Vanilla and Raspberry Cake" (Wheat, Soy and Milk) - Unitary Format
- "Ferrero Rocher Cake" (Wheat, Soy and Milk) - Unitary Format
- "Tiramisu Cake" (Wheat, Soy, Sulphites and Milk) - Unitary Format
- "St Honore Cake" (Wheat, Soy, Sulphites and Milk) - Unitary Format
These products may contain undeclared allergens in all lots whose label does not mention their presence.
The products were packaged in a transparent plastic cover, sold frozen, and labelled with the words "Pâtisserie Boulangerie Del Sole".
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
