Pan Fry Noodle Fresh Noodles - recalled due to undeclared allergen

Alfred Louie, Inc. has voluntarily recalled 550 cases of its Fresh Noodles due to an undeclared allergen, wheat. The recall affects products distributed in California.

The products recalled are the Pan Fry Noodle and Deep Fry Noodle, both under the Alfred Louie, Inc. brand. The Pan Fry Noodles come in 24 Lb. cartons and the Deep Fry Noodles in 40 Lb. cartons. Both products are marked with the instruction 'Keep Refrigerated', identified by lot codes 240103, 240104, 240108, 240110, 240111, and 240115. The recall number is F-0855-2024.

The wheat allergen was not declared in the sub-ingredients of the enriched flour used in the noodles. The recall is ongoing, and the company is working to address the issue.
