Ukrop's Decorated pound cakes recalled due to Undeclared Allergen

Ukrop's Homestyle Foods, LLC, Richmond, VA announced today that it is recalling four of its Decorated Pound Cakes due to an undeclared soy allergen. The recalled products were available for sale at retail locations in Virginia and West Virginia.Recalled Pound Cakes Available from the following Retailers:
- Kroger Mid-Atlantic; 28 locations (Virginia and West Virginia)
- Ukrop's Market Hall, Richmond, VA
A cake releasing agent containing soy was used to prevent sticking for the cakes listed below only.
These products may contain soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
Soy allergies can cause mild symptoms (hives, itching) to severe anaphylaxis.
