Ahi Tuna, Within three hours I had a horrible stomach ache and diarrhea, shortly thereafter,a severe headache

Shared shrimp appetizer. Husband had Chilean Bass, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I had Haddock, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both tasted each other’s fish. Dinner at 10pm.... husband now vomiting. I have horrible upset stomach and headache.
