I ate the veggie delight salad. It contained lettuce, vinaigrette, beans, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, croutons, avocado, and a hardboiled egg. I suspect the culprit was the lettuce - it was probably poorly washed. The restaurant appeared messy and disorganized. The tables were not clean and the staff…
