J'avais des nouilles, du poulet au miel, du poulet aux champignons, du bœuf et du brocoli. L'estomac a commencé à souffrir mal. Le lendemain avait des sueurs froides et le corps douloureux. Puis commencé à vomir et caca qui coule.

I ordered a steak, white rice and chowmein meal on 7/22. The next morning I was violently ill throwing up and diarrhea. I required hospitalization for my symptoms and doctors believe it was this meal that made me sick.
