I went to Popeyes yesterday in order some food for me and my daughter the very next morning we both got sick and vomiting and diarrhea now we at Express Care getting seen

I ordered a 2 piece white meat, mashed potatoes gravy, biscuit and a coke on Monday night 7/10/17 around 930 pm. I became very fatigued, upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting and nauseous beginning Tuesday. Ive been sick ever since.

About 5 hours after eating the fish and pop corn shrimp dinner with fries and biscuit I felt very nauseated. I had to force my self to vomit bc it wouldn't come up on its own. I threw up 3 times in 10 minutes.
