I ate 2 steak quesadillas and 3 Doritos tacos and 2 orders of cinnamon twists and a airhead slushy and my stomach feels as if it’s on fire I’ve also threw up twice and have severe diarrhea

I ate at Taco Bell and the meat looked like some kind of mystery meat I said what ever and ate it next day I wake up my stomach felt like death and it still hurts it's been 3 days I saw a doctor and they gave me a medication.
