I had lunch here with a friend on January 30. I had a salad with chicken, brown rice, black beans, veggies, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I used mild salsa instead of the vinaigrette dressing. My friend had a steak bowl with most everything else but did not have lettuce. She did not get ill. Symptoms began about 10 hours after eating. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
