At approximately 8:00 PM on 11/20/2019, I purchased/consumed a bowl of: brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, carne asada, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. I also purchased a side of guacamole, chips, and a large Pib.

At approximately 3:00 Am on 11/21/2019, I awoke to begin the first round of vomiting. Symptoms progressed to nausea, stomach aches, diarrhea, and continued vomiting.

I am certain this originates from this location, because aside from water, this was the only thing consumed on 11/20/2019. Depending upon the severity of symptoms, I will evaluate if a visit to the doctor is necessary. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac
