Either Salmonella poisoning from one of their deep fried vegetables, asparagus or artichokes cross contaminated with raw meat, or in their dips, or an employee didn't wash hands properly. This was at Claim Jumper back in 2003 before that location in Carmel Mountain, California shut down. At the time this happened, I was vomiting and had diarrhea for 2 to 3 days. I went to the Doctor and it was confirmed food poisoning. My wife was fine, we had similar meals, except she didn't have artichokes and asparagus. I contacted management at that location and the woman I spoke with, said they did a thorough health inspection and couldn't find anything they did wrong. Then she offered a free voucher on what we paid for our meal, for the next time we visit. I declined and said we will never eat there again. I could have sued them for their mistakes and lying about it. She thought by offering a voucher, that would cover their ass. My stomach and digestive system was messed up for months after that incident. I never vomited so violently, excessively and painfully in my entire life! I really thought I was going to die. I'm glad the Carmel Mountain location got shut down. I'm surprised this chain is still around after reading multiple reports, knowing it didn't just happen to me. | Symptômes: Nausée, Diarrhée, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac, Fièvre, Frissons, Maux
