Impossible que ce soient les chips. Désolé, mais un sac de croustilles scellé ne favorise pas la croissance des agents pathogènes.

It’s not the chips my friend. If you would like to contact me directly I can share my experience and expertise in this area with you. And if there would ever be a cross contamination event of a potato after it’s cooked and aseptically sealed bag at a food processing plant, it came post opening the bag. And we would have a NEARS alert that there were multiple salmonella cases throughout the country if nationwide distribution. We have none.
